What the service does

Kingsy manages Discord servers: moderation, welcome messages, levels, event logs and custom commands. The website is where you create an account, link a Discord account and configure the bot.

The service is provided as is. Features may change, appear or be withdrawn.

Your account

Creating an account requires a valid email address, a username and a password. The address must be confirmed before any Discord account can be linked.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens through your account. Enabling a second factor is recommended; your connected devices are listed and can be signed out at any time from “My account”.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to harass, to distribute unlawful content, to work around technical limits, to automate bulk requests, to attempt access to other people's accounts or to disrupt the service.

You remain responsible for how you use the bot on your servers, and for complying with Discord's own terms.

Discord linking and permissions

Linking a Discord account is optional and serves to list the servers you administer. A Discord account can only be linked to one Kingsy account.

Inviting the bot to a server requests the “Administrator” permission. You can withdraw it at any time from Discord, and unlink your account from “My account”: the tokens are then revoked and deleted.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice. No availability is guaranteed.

These terms may change. The update date appears at the top of this page; continued use means accepting the current version.

Suspension and closure

An account may be suspended or closed for breach of these terms, abusive use, or activity that threatens the security of the service.

You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to us. The associated data is then deleted, subject to legal retention duties.

Liability

The service comes with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Kingsy is not liable for indirect damages, for data loss caused by a misconfigured bot, nor for what administrators do on their own servers.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
